The exhibition is an ideal opportunity to advertise your products and services and connect with potential customers and collaborators. The exhibition area will be strategically located within the conference venue to maximize visibility for exhibitors.
 
The exhibition will be open for the duration of the conference, and exhibitors are strongly recommended to be present in the exhibition area during coffee breaks and poster presentations.
 
There will also be an opportunity for exhibitors to present a short (<5 mins) pitch to the conference audience during the plenary sessions.
 
The exhibition fee of 3000 euros includes (excl. VAT):

• A table with 2 chairs, power supply and Wi-Fi (floor space area: approx. 2m wide x 1.30m deep)
• 1 Poster board (upon request only)
• Logo on the ISMSE-17/ICPMSE-15 website including a link to your company website
• 2 delegates registration valid for the entire conference and social events
• Additional tickets for the conference dinner can also be purchased subject to availability. 

We will accept a maximum of 5 booths.
